We are all unique in the eyes of God and together we enjoy, aspire and achieve. We aim to enable every child to flourish and to live life in all its fullness. We celebrate life and encourage all to live well together.

Respect – We respect ourselves; we respect each other and each other’s cultures. We respect the world in which we live and all the people that are a part of God’s world.
Responsibility – We are trusted with important jobs to help our school community, our Slaithwaite community and the wider world.
Resilience – We never give up, we try our best, we dream big and dare to fail. We aspire to be whatever we want to be.
Relationships – we build strong relationships with our school family, our community family and the wider world.
Reflection- We reflect on everything we do in our life; we think carefully about the gifts we have been given and the aspirations we may have.
As a church school we believe in God and Jesus and respect each other.
It is a safe place for everyone to have fun and learn.
Everyone is encouraged to do their best and to help
others to do the same.
We welcome newcomers to our school and encourage them to join us in our prayers.

The Church of England has a well established vision for education. As a school we hold to the these values and firmly believe that, Religious Education in a Church school should enable every child to flourish and to live life in all its fullness. (John 10:10). It is an entitlement for all pupils to receive high quality Religious Education that helps educate to for dignity and respect encouraging all to live well together.
